Mark Samuelson Biography

- Coach Mark Samuelson played ball at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, winning a Serra League title in 2004, and earning First Team All League honors in his graduating year, 2005.
|
- Upon graduating, he went on to study and play ball at University of California Riverside, where he was part of the 2007 Big West Championship team, and where he was privileged to play in Regionals at Arizona State. In 2009, Coach Samuelson transferred to Lewis-Clark State College, but has returned to So Cal because of an injury. He lives locally, and enjoys spending most of his off-time with his dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Dalmatian.

- Currently a coach at Aliso Niguel High School for the freshman baseball team, Coach Samuelson’s Cal Knights goal is to help his players prepare for both the physical and mental aspects of the game. He also wants to help the players prepare to be successful at the next level – high school baseball.
